Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

• Before Dispatch: Cancellation of a service request before the technician has been dispatched is free of charge.
• After Arrival: If a technician arrives at your location and the service is cancelled, a minimum diagnostic/visiting fee of ₹599 (including travel allowance) will be charged.

2. Service Fees

Once a service has been completed and the appliance is repaired, the service charges are non-refundable. We provide a 30-day warranty on the service performed to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Parts Replacement & Warranty

Replacement parts are covered by a 30-day replacement warranty. If a part installed by us fails within 30 days of the service date, we will replace it free of charge. Refund for parts is only applicable if the specific part is unavailable for replacement.

4. Diagnostic Fee

The diagnostic fee of ₹599 is non-refundable as it covers the technician's time and travel expenses for identifying the issue with your appliance.
