Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Service

Service247 provides repair and maintenance services for home appliances such as Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, and Microwaves in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

2. Inspection & Visiting Fees

A minimum inspection and visiting fee of ₹599 (including travel allowance) is applicable for every technician visit. This fee covers the cost of travel and the diagnostic process. This fee is adjustable in the final repair bill if the customer proceeds with the suggested repair.

3. Service Warranty

We provide a 30-day limited service warranty on the specific repair work performed. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we will address it at no additional service charge. Please note that this warranty does not cover issues unrelated to the original repair or damages caused by external factors (e.g., voltage fluctuations, misuse).

4. Replacement Parts

We use high-quality replacement parts. Any warranty on parts is subject to the specific part manufacturer's terms, typically covered for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jharkhand, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi.
